Healers Urban Walkers Provide Winter Protection for your Dog

Healers Urban Walkers Dog Boots

Healers Urban Walkers are booties for dogs, and protect your dog’s paws when outdoors.  Now that there is a big snow storm coming up the Northeast, it’s time to remember that our dogs need protection from the winter elements.  Road salt is very harmful to the paw pads of your dog, and icy sidewalks are also treacherous.  Dogs with long hair tend to have fur growing between their pads, and ice and snowballs can collect on them if they aren’t protected.

Healers Urban Walkers are dog boots made in the USA in Portland, Oregon, and offer protection for your dog’s paws.

Healers Urban Walkers were designed by a former Nike Shoe designer and are tested by the National Guide Dogs for the Blind.   The dog boots are designed with a non-skid sole, and the upper is a shoe mesh so that they dry quickly.  it dries quickly. Even though the sole is thicker it is still flexible providing your pet a natural feel and movement as they walk or run. The wrap around design enables a great fit so the boot stays on. The hook and loop applied is high tensile strength hook that creates a firm hold even in snowy conditions.

In addition to protection against ice and road salt, they serve as a shock absorber, provide surface traction and insulate the dog from extreme hot and cold temperatures.

Healers Urban Walkers are available in 7 sizes, so they are sized for the tiniest of toy breeds such as Chihuahuas and Yorkies on up to the giant breeds such as Mastiffs and St. Bernards, and everything in between.  The Healers Urban Walkers are sold in pairs, because many dogs front paws are a slightly different size compared to their rear paws.

Healers Urban Walkers are available for purchase online at ShopForPuppy.com, where we are happy to support Rescues and Shelters through our generous donation program.
